Coaching

Coaching is delivered online. Scope, fee and start date are agreed with you in writing before you begin.

Payment and minimum term

Coaching is billed monthly in advance with a minimum term of three months. After that, you can cancel with notice before your next billing date.

Results

Results depend on consistency, health and factors outside the coach's control. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for training within your limits, following medical advice, and reporting any injury or health change.

Materials

Plans and materials are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.
