Strength that lasts a lifetime
You manage projects, teams and P&Ls. Time to manage your body.
I coach men aged 40 to 60 who run demanding careers. Your health gets what every successful project gets: a clear goal, a realistic schedule, and someone reviewing progress with you every week.

Risk register
Five risks most men over 40 are carrying
Every project manager keeps a risk register. Here's the one for your body, with the plan to deal with each risk.
Losing muscle every year
Muscle doesn't stay by itself after 40. Without regular strength work it slowly declines, and with it your metabolism and resilience.
Progressive strength training three to four times a week, with lifts tracked so the numbers keep moving up.
Weight settling around the middle
Long desk days, business dinners and poor sleep push fat to the waist, even when the scale barely moves.
A simple nutrition framework you can follow at home, at work and on the road, measured by waist, not just weight.
Stiff back, sore knees
Years of sitting and driving tighten hips and backs. Pain becomes the reason to stop training.
Short daily mobility work and smart exercise choices around old injuries, so you can keep training.
Afternoon energy crash
Late nights, caffeine and skipped meals leave you running on fumes by 3pm.
Sleep, meal timing and training scheduled together, reviewed weekly against how you actually feel.
No time, so nothing happens
When the calendar fills, health is the first thing to slip. Good intentions aren't a plan.
Sessions booked like meetings, a plan for travel weeks, and a weekly check-in so slips get caught early.
Health check
Where does your project stand?
Eight quick questions. Answer honestly and you'll get a red, amber or green status, the same way you'd report a project.
- I do strength training at least twice a week.
- I could do 10 good push-ups today.
- My waist is about the same size it was five years ago.
- I wake up feeling rested most days.
- I get through the afternoon without an energy crash.
- I can get up from the floor without using my hands.
- I walk or move for at least 30 minutes most days.
- I know exactly when I'm training this week.
The method
Run like a project, not a diet
Coaching follows the same lifecycle as any well-run project. You always know which phase you're in and what happens next.
- InitiateWeek 0
You apply, and we hold a kickoff call to agree your objective, your constraints and whether we're a good fit.
- PlanWeek 1
We record your baseline: strength, measurements, sleep and energy. Then I build training and nutrition around your real calendar.
- ExecuteEvery week
You train, log your numbers and send a weekly check-in. WhatsApp is open for questions in between.
- ReviewEvery month
A monthly review call against your targets. We keep what works, change what doesn't, and set the next month's plan.
Monthly report
Progress you can see in numbers
At the end of every month you get a one-page report, like a project status update. No guessing whether it's working.
Example report. Figures are illustrative, not a client's results.
Scope of work
Monthly 1:1 coaching
Fully online, so it works from Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, London or a hotel room in between.

Lessons learned
I'm Osama. I learned this the hard way.
For more than 12 years I've managed oil and gas projects in Abu Dhabi: site days, deadlines, weekends at the laptop. My own health was always the project I'd get to later.
At 50, I train with strength work, martial arts and dance, using the same discipline I used at work. These are the lessons I coach by.
- Motivation fades. Systems don't. A plan in your calendar beats a burst of willpower.
- What gets measured gets managed. Track a few numbers that matter and ignore the rest.
- Plan for the bad weeks. Travel, deadlines and Ramadan are part of the schedule, not a reason to stop.
- Strength is the foundation. Everything else gets easier when you're stronger.
Questions
Before you apply
I travel a lot. Will this work?
Yes. Travel weeks are planned in advance with hotel-gym or bodyweight sessions and a simpler eating plan, so progress doesn't stop when you're away.
I haven't trained in years. Is that a problem?
No. Your plan starts from your baseline, not from where you used to be. The first month is about building the habit and moving well.
What about old injuries?
Tell me about them in your application. We train around them and you follow your doctor's advice. If you have a medical condition, get clearance before starting.
Do I have to give up eating out?
No. You'll learn how to order at business dinners and family meals without derailing the plan.
How much does it cost?
Coaching is billed monthly with a three-month minimum. The fee depends on the level of support you need and is agreed on your kickoff call, before you commit.
What happens after I apply?
I read your application personally. If it looks like a fit, you book a 20-minute kickoff call straight away.
Every project needs a start date.
I work with a small number of clients at a time so each one gets direct attention. Apply now and we'll see if it's a fit.
